Hello and good morning everyone. I am trying to find some templates that I can use to track my Internet customers sales, profit, apts,lead sources ect. I know someone has to have something that is really good that I can possibly use please noo pretty please.....Thanks Kim

I know of a great program that I used for about 4 years as an Internet manager/director. I didn't use it to the fullest extent, but you sound like you would! I'll have them send you some info. It is a cheap tool with a big bang!

Hi Kimberly -

After reading a few of your comments I believe we have a new tool that will help your dealership and bring in some extra leads for you. We host manufacturer incentive and rebate information on dealer sites (we just add an icon to your site) and it is also a great lead converter! We noticed many dealers find it to be a huge pain to updated incentives or completely missed the boat by not even posting them. I can let you like to try it out on your site for a month (we'll let you try it for free) will be amazed with the amount of hits it will receive! (average is between 800-1200 per month) We track all information and provide you with a report at the end of the month. Free leads for a month can't hurt!

How the heck do you all handle this stuff when I sell a lead from the Internet and I check in SPC it does not match what I have or they had husband information instead of wife or whatever the reason is. I have no idea another sales person has spoke with them and they contact me through the Internet I sell them and the next day I have the sales manager coming in asking me about the customer. I mean for cripe sakes it is starting to get old..How do you all handle this type of situation???
