I have been involved with automotive e-commerce for a long time. I think that after all the dust settles it will come back to managing customer relationships at the dealer staff level. We have to remember that people who take the best care of customers and community have the best success.
My goal is to make a positive impact on the industry. I have been fortunate to work for great, forward thinking people who allowed me to learn. I want to continue to learn and to share with others.
