I am a automotove digital marketing professional and consultant for car dealers and groups. I am fortunate enough to be allowed to work from and at a dealership.

I have been involved with automotive e-commerce for a long time. I think that after all the dust settles it will still come back to managing customer relationships at the sales staff level and managing reputations. We just don't train our people to care about their customers, their community and the dealership they work for.
My goal is to try to change that perspective and make a positive impact on the industry. I have been fortunate to work for great forward thinking people who allowed me to learn. It is time to move to the next phase in this industry and try to help others.
