As the Internet Consultant for the Colorado Independent Auto Dealers Assn, I'm looking for solutions for the smaller dealers. Most of the 1170 members are 1 to 5 employees, doing 10 to 40 cars/month, all used.
About 50 are franchise stores on the smaller end of the scale for new cars.

Any suggestions for DMS, inventory, web listing, credit, web marketing, and business management would be appreciated.

Thanks. to tell you the truth I haven't really figured out what i need to do with ADM yet. it seems to be a very good site for what i do, lots of networking potential. Not sure how your 2009 was, but mine was slow. 2010 has been really busy and haven't had time to explore ADM to really take advantage of all that it has to offer. I'll get with the program shortly. I am in my home office all week working on several Digital Marketing proposals after one of those too-much-travel weeks facilitating Digital Advertising Dealer Summits that started in Phoenix, then Dallas, followed by Houston on Thursday and finishing with a Summit Meeting in San Antonio, TX.
