I am an experienced Internet/BDC manager with a strong background in IT services prior to getting involved in the Automotive Industry. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable with current technology I have several years of sales and customer service experience. This background coupled with my project management experience and orginizational skills gives me a firm grasp of sales processes and maintaining a high level of efficiency in Internet/BDC environments.
