Michael Smith commented on Justin Grubb's blog post Hand-raiser leads and why I love them.
"Excellent post Justin.  I have to fight the mindset that hand raisers are poor leads.  They may be a low closing lead in the short term but it is a way to keep up with a customer who will be in the market or know people who have been in…"

"Thanks guys. We really did see some good results over a 12 month period.  It's not the sale today, but it seemed to be a good way to keep your funnel full.  Tom, I've got the scripts on one of my flash drives, Ill dig them out…"

"Great post and great information.  I like the details you provide.  I know a few dealers that work the service waiting area.  They look for a car with a lot of equity and when you combine that with an incentive, you can usually get…"

"This works! We know of a sales person that sells 20 cars every month working the service drive and cold calling service customers! He's allowed to give out a 50.00 dollar gift card for appointments set.  Many new school managers…"

Tom Hawkins commented on Justin Grubb's blog post Hand-raiser leads and why I love them.
"I would love to see the scripts for phone and email....nice job. The only problem I see for us is that most of our hand-raiser leads (small So MN town) are from an hour or more away, so a service coupon wouldn't be as appealing.  We could…"

This is my first blog post here, please don't hate me too much for my rambling or poor writing skills.Recently a woman name Danielle Anderson posed a question about handling hand raiser leads from Chrysler.  I've never worked with Chrysler, but I assume they are the same as the GM "gift grabber" leads that I've been dealing…See More

High performance Cobalt sites?

Hey folks, I need some examples of some of the better Cobalt sites out there, specifically when it comes to VDPs.   I have not done much with my Cobalt site as we were going to go with a different 3rd party site, but that has been pushed back and I must get better performance out of my Cobalt site. I have a small list of things I need to get started on right away, but if anyone could point me to some good converting or nicely set up Cobalt sites, it would be much appreciated. Thanks. J.G.See More
