- Actually, its my day off but I'm at work right now. I had a little pow wow this morning with the other managers so that we are on the same page. It went well, got another guy going to start in my department on May 1st.
The only problem with all of the information that I got from the conference is identifing the areas that need the most work now, and what to hold off on and train on later. I guess its always a work in progress.
