My take on being both a profitable, and respected Fleet Manager is simple, Being straight forward and not having a filter when I speak. Im not talking about cussing at my customer's, but rather if they ask a question I answer truthfully..."Can we get a better deal?" Yes, it is my job to try and make each and every deal as profitable as possible. Now im not going to be able to send my kids to college on this one deal, but maybe one ;)

I have a hard time dealing with the "YES MAN" There's nothing that gets under my skin more than seeing the sales staff nodding their head up and down to every thing. I call it how it is. I've been told that I take everything too serious lol gets me. I just take my job very serious and believe it or not I'm always right, even when I'm wrong i am right.
