Most of our dealers see huge advantages of having every aspect outside there DMS fully integrated. From your Crm, website, inventory control, market pricing, service marketing and even desking all working together. Being able to see what vehicles a customer looked at and for how long once they submit a lead into your ILM tool is one of the many advantages to having everything fully integrated. It is the way of the future and eventually it will be the only way to do business.
