What will YOU contribute to the ADM Community?
OK Where in the world am I going to start? Well first of all I have been in the Automotive Business my whole lilfe. Started out of my dads Towing & Repair shop dispatching and selling old beaters.

( I don't miss the stacking of the tires ) Trust me I always got in trouble at the young age and so I have stacked many!

Here is a bit of a timeline profile for you to see my back ground and what I have done in the past up to current.

88-99 O'Rourkes Wrecker and Repair Service - Dispatcher / Mechanic / Sales

99-02 Universal Agency, Inc. - Private Investigator / Skip Tracing Agent / Repossesion of vehicles. Sold Repo units to the public for the local Credit Unions.

02-04 Northpoint Motors, Inc. - Internet Sales Director

04-07 Williams Auto Group - Internet Director / BDC Manager

07-11 TK Carsites, Inc - Regional Sales Manager / Account Executive

11 to current - Freelance Designer, Blogger, Content Writer & Auto GURU!

Running a staff for the BDC Department & IT Department my team stuck togethor and worked togethor very well. I could not just see 1 individual in the department I needed 4 minimum for it gives them the challenge to do better. Providing competition between them all for awards, bonuses etc. I fought hard for them for they were my team and knew the importance of our department even though getting into hasty arguments with the GSM on just about a daily basis for he was not happy because my team was smoking the floor sales. My team would set a minimum of 20 appointments a day and was told those were all fake and I have been fudging the numbers. We smoked him everytime and the floor sales everytime. Being a great team leader and going to bat for my team showed a great deal of respect for myself and them. Getting the support from the owners what helped me strive for more, I was hungry for sales and my team felt the side effects in a good way.
I see the difficulty from the IT Departments & BDC not getting the support from the upper management. To the point of sickening me when they are stuck in a hole way in the back room / service department - you name it. Not seeing the quality, importance and respect for those GOLDEN Departments you and your business will fail in the online presence of your dealership.
I encourage GM's, SM's etc to be the back bone for supporting and motivating those departments even down to the pay plans.


I have been married for 3 years now and still going strong along with 2 children. 7 year old boy & 5 year old girl. Oh yeah lets not forget the 4 dogs & 1 cat.

Carrying a strong back ground of great customer service not just as a sales rep but as a true friend through out the process! I am on top of staying in contact with my clients even if they did not buy my services from me.

Many dealers / IM's / Sales Managers have told me I have very persistant and wished their sales staff was like that. ( Not to have my head swell ) but it does make you feel good when told that!

I have used TK Carsites, Inc. at the Williams Auto Group and jumped aboard with TK due to their customer service along with the results they have given me in the Internet Department. (**Please note they no longer use them at this time**)

When I speak with any interested client I assure you it is the education we teach not just the product!

Well, the car business has been VERY good to me...
