In a nutshell, I believe we have to work harder today than ever (even though I've always believed that), I saw us get away with taking it easy for many years, and now we have to. You start by establishing real processes, having great software to support them, holding your people accountable, maximizing all of your investments, and inspecting what you expect. Then on a regular basis, take a look at what worked, do more of it, stop doing what didn't work, and add new ideas... if you'd like I can give you a call and we can talk some more.
