Hello Everyone,

I am, launching a new internet department from the ground up! I would like to hear what other people have to say on what they think good conversion ratio's  on the items listed below. Also, any additional metrics that are not listed here but you think should be. 

  • Total Lead Count to Sold: Raw Numbers
  • Clean Lead Count to Sold: De-Duped and invalid leads removed
  • Call to contact Ratio.

HELP! Competitive Comparisons Vendor's?

We are currently re-designing our Dealer website. We want to feature vehicle comparisons on our site, a “Dare to Compare” type campaign. The debate is whether or not we build it ourselves or outsource the project and go with a vendor like Advanta-Star. What is your opinion?
