I am a hands on consultant/trainer. I don't just teach people how to do things, I show them how to do it with live customers. When is the last time you saw a consultant do that. My techniques aren't theories, they're based off experience. No matter how good you are currently, I can help you get better. I can help any store increase their volume by 20% and increase their gross by 400 a car on the front and 300 on the back.

I got in the car business in 1995 when I was 19 years old. My first month I sold 17 cars and made $8,500. For a kid who grew up poor this was awesome and I've been hooked since then. I have sat in almost every seat in the store and have been successful in those seats. As a finance manager I averaged 1580 a car with no smoke in mirrors and on the desk ran 2200 a car on the front. I have a great management track record of setting volume, gross and CSI records in every store I've managed. After observing first hand some of the problems dealers dealt with day to day, I became committed to working with dealers across the country, helping them improve their sales, gross, and CSI. My style of consulting is no nonsense and not for faint of heart. I truly believe in the saying “Don’t ask the question if you don’t want to hear the answer.”

Shortly after establishing Hoss Devine Training and Consulting, I spent a few years in dealerships as a turnaround specialist, working day in and day out with the sales and management teams to increase dealer profitability. My ‘outside the box’ vision and methodology are undoubtedly the underlying components to the success of my company. My continuous study on the human mind and how it makes decisions is what makes my techniques cutting edge and effective in today’s market place.
