Joined Park Place in October 2002 - no previous car experience - fortunate to move into internet sales shortly thereafter - moved into management position in July 2007. Made the difficult decision to leave the dealership in August 2012, worked with Brian PCG Consulting, coauthored book Selling Cars in the Digital Age. Joined Gary May at IM@CS in 2014 to move to the next phase of my career...returning to my roots, figuratively and literally, to get back into the dealership sales environment.
