Diane, thank you for the comments... I have spoken at all 7 Digital Dealer Conferences and take the job very seriously! I am always looking for the "Next Important Thing" that dealers need to become aware of and be able to consider in an intelligent manner. Having Gilbert Ancira and Elizabeth Barrera in the audience from Ancira Auto Group made the morning all that much more special.
