"Carl is correct here, if Google detects no direct malicious intent in their ad audit process I.E. using the term in ad copy with different context than term then usually they will let this one slide but often with an "Approved (Limited)"…"

As an Internet Sales Director who utilizes Adword Campaigns to drive traffic to my site I am constantly searching my own keywords to learn what my competition is doing .
