I began my career in the auto industry as a Sales Consultant in 1996 at Jimmy Payne Mazda in Jackson, Tennessee. After three years with Jimmy Payne Mazda; I moved to Orlando, Fl where I currently reside and spent a year with Bill Brown Mazda VW Audi as both a Sales Representative and then a Sales Manager. When this dealership was sold in 1999, I transitioned to Orlando Infiniti where I began to embrace my true calling in the industry. As BDC Manager; I expanded my automotive education through Traver Technologies and I constructed and implemented the dealerships first organized BDC. I later expanded my role from BDC manager to that of Internet Director where I managed all aspects of the dealerships online sales and marketing processes. It was in that role that I found my true passion for the industry. I enhanced the primary website, constructed micro sites, and ventured the dealership into the world of social networking all with the goal of improving the dealerships online visibility. I developed targeted Internet marketing campaigns designed to increase conversion rates from online to showroom; and I continuously trained my department to become one of the most respected Internet Departments for Infiniti in the country. It was at my pinnacle of my career that I was offered a position with iMagicLab. I’ve now been afforded the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with dealerships across the country that have chosen to take advantage of our powerful software suite.
I’m a firm believer that the Internet will continue to play a crucial role in that of the Automotive Industry and I’m proud to be in a position where I can assist dealerships in reaching their true potential when it comes to the utilization of their BDC and Internet Departments.
