Brian Bennington commented on Jeffery Sterns's blog post The Science Behind Dealer Chat
"Evening Jeffery, Did you read my response to Big Tom's and your last post?  I think you could move the views far beyond the 41 listed for this one if you jazzed up the title.  Maybe something like, "Don't let bad chat catch…"

Brian Bennington commented on Tyson Madliger's blog post The Dealership Leaders of Today and Why I Only Hire Car Guys
"Hey Gorham, I thought we had an agreement. I don't read your blogs or comment on anything you post and you reciprocate the same for me. I don't want to have to "rejoin" ADM because of some "accident." I wish you no ill…"

Brian Bennington commented on Tyson Madliger's blog post The Dealership Leaders of Today and Why I Only Hire Car Guys
"Wow Tyson, I read your post twice as I was surprised you never mentioned Dealer Authority even one time.  I guess it's because DA is such a premier brand, you figured those "in the know" would know it was you, but you just might…"

One dealer's journey to fully-managed live chat

"Hey Big Tom, what a tremendous response!  Not only are you "oversized," you've got an oversized sense of humor!  However, if you wanted to pick-up more views than the puny 120 you've got so far, you might have at least…"

One dealer's journey to fully-managed live chat

""And now a word from our sponsor...."  Personally, I'm 100% in favor of ADM vendors using this format to tie their posts to an explanation of their services, but I think this video moves beyond that and any subtlety, right to a…"

Authenticity - Work On Yourself Wednesday

"Come on Corey, please don't misinterpret and exaggerate what I said.  If your 'cast is exclusively for new reps with no previous selling experience, I'd have to agree that the concept of "being what your customers want you…"

Authenticity - Work On Yourself Wednesday

Brian Bennington commented on J.D. Rucker's blog post Why 'Irrelevant' Content on a Dealer's Website is Relevant
"Hey J.D., This is something even I understand, at least in principle.  My primary business has nothing to do with internet communications (email, social media, website content, etc.).  However, the type of customer communications we do are…"

Brian Bennington commented on Big Tom LaPointe's blog post Three Cures for the 'Holiday Hangover'

Brian Bennington commented on Big Tom LaPointe's blog post Three Cures for the 'Holiday Hangover'

Brian Bennington commented on CDK Global's blog post No Haggle Pricing Should Become the Norm in Automotive

Brian Bennington commented on CDK Global's blog post No Haggle Pricing Should Become the Norm in Automotive

ADM is a Professional Network, describe YOUR Value Proposition... "Why should anyone do business with you?"
I'll make more money for them then I'll cost them, and I'll never once mention a selling price or utilize any type of giveaways, such as coupons, discount cards, etc.
What will YOU contribute to the ADM Community?
Extensive background in developing and producing highly personalized customer follow-up and referral enhancement, first for myself for 20+ years and then for the reps and management of a small group of elite SoCal dealerships for 20+ years. Prior to that, I gained notoriety as a Limerick Poet and I'm credited with such classics as "I once knew a man from Nantucket" among many others. My one sentence business description "elevator speech" is: "We believe everyone enjoys hearing nice things said to them, and we genuinely love helping people say them."

Brian,

I am so happy we didn't lose you and your excellent participation in the ADMPC... It is important that we get different opinions and perspectives, because it is the debate, the discussions and the arguments in favor of various positions that makes this a PROFESSIONAL network first, and a social network second. Not all of us may always agree with your comments and perspectives, but that is EXACTLY why your contributions are so valuable to this community. Thank you for all that you do to keep commentary lively and far from becoming dull.
