I personally worked as the internet director for a seven dealership group, designing their processes and strategies relating to digital marketing. I am unique because I was in the dealership during 2008-2013 when the car business experienced the largest downturn in recent history. Many current industry leaders who did not experience this downturn, do not fully understand the adaptation dealerships had to face with shrinking gross profits, decreased overhead, and constant turnover. My passion is showing auto dealers realistic solutions that can actually be implemented, not just talked about.
