I am the VP of Training and Development for Kainautomotive.com. We are a training and consulting company that specializes in Internet and BDC implementation and development. Our strategy is unique in that we structure the process and tactics around what dealerships already do well and make sure it fits with the overall floor philosophy. We are not a one size fits all training firm but rather every dealership and market place is unique and we want to find and enhance the individual dealerships strengths.
