Increasing Facebook "likes" organically?

So I'm the Social Media Consultant for my dealership, among other responsibilities, and I'm really trying to focus a lot of my energy on getting our Facebook page more activity. We currently have 213 likes on our page (33 of which since I took over 90 days ago), but I want more. Let me tell you a little more about how I roll:

  • I keep the page conversational. No talk about sales or car-buying.
  • I discuss a LOT of community events, outside of the events we're involved in…
