Ok I'm sure that you all already know that Today is the Day! Ralph Paglia Celebrates his Birthday Today! Where would we be with out this community, the exuberance and knowledge that Ralph has shared with all of us.

Andy - No I am not... Other than being a cheerleader from the sidelines! Technically, my team competes with Persuasive Concepts (Dave), but I like his materials that I have read and agree with most of what he is advising dealers to do. So, I'll support his efforts to drive attendance because he is a contributing member of ADM, despite the competition for dealer business between us.

Andy, I am sorry about the flood of invites to a Digital Dealer Conference from a year ago... It seems that when I sent the new invite for DD8, it released a bunch of invites stuck in the Outbox that were originally sent by other ADM members... Not quite sure how that happened, but it is all flushed out now... I think!

Andy,

Yes... NADA has provided a conference room inside the convention center in Orlando for ADP to facilitate 4 types of workshops. I will be leading the Social marketing/Reputation Management Workshops on Saturday and Sunday. They will be 75 minutes in length, 45 minutes of detailed instruction with handouts, followed by 15 minute Q & A, finishing with each participant creating their Action Plan with assistance from me and several other facilitators during the final 15 minutes. There is no charge for attending and we will be handing out credit vouchers to attendees from various ADP partners, such as Kelley Blue Book, Google Adwords, Specific Media, Facebook, YouTube, Cars.com and perhaps several others.

Our objective is to both educate dealers and to position ADP Digital Marketing as a thought leadership organization in the areas of Social media marketing, Dealer Reputation Management, Digital Advertising and BPO for dealers.

Hi Andy,

The application - "Convert" is currently in use on non-automotive sites. We negotiated an exclusive for the automotive community branded as "ConvertAuto" and have been developing custom replies and offers built on proven "best practices" used in BDC/Internet departments for our existing dealer clients.

The "Pilot" program is being used to expand the dealer base prior to our launch at NADA so we can develop non-related third party testimonials. So far we have 24 dealers signed up and being installed starting this week. The "free installation" is designed to incentivize participants with the confidence that we have already proven the product for our own use and in non-automotive applications.

Have ou visited our internal marketing site yet? For now we are only "manning it" by appointment since we are only promoting the product through our affiliated offices to existing clients. After NADA we will be live and our first Pilot stores will be online after January 15th.
