Hey Al:

Thanks for the time you and Bruce spent showing me the AutoTransAxion chat product. It's so much more than I anticipated, calling it simply a chat tool sells it way short. I thought of a couple of other questions. Can it be used for all profit centers within the store, and if so can a "distinctive ring" sort of alert system be setup? Because we don't have a BDC or call center. And, how much training is provided initially assuming it can all be done via WebEx?
