Reviews & Reputation could cost more than you think

                 As I shop the Amazon store online for my son’s birthday gift, I start checking reviews of the products displayed.  I notice that on the description page for each item there are reviews for each item as well as an overall rating for the reviews.  It got me wondering how many people actually look for and read these ratings since we really don’t see them on car dealers’ websites.   I start seeing ratings like 79 out of 81 people found this…

Thank you... When it has been a long day with lots of fires to put out, reading your message is like a glass of cool water in the desert! You really made my day because like a lot of good car guys, the commissions are simply how we pay the bills, it is really the joy in overcoming adveristy and objections, of helping other people see that what we have to say and share with them has value... I grew up a fruit and vegetable peddler and the car business has been very good to me since getting out of school. But, it is messages like yours that really make it all worth the endless hours and the devotion that so many of us in this business throw into this stuff...
