do it. You could not match or beat the price. Customer reviews, and other closes did not prevail. It is apparent they were lied to elsewhere (in your opinion), but are adamant that they will do business at this number only. Gary has a "method" for using the TrueCar stat that I would like to hear as well detailed a bit more than the original comment if he is willing. Thanks to you both.
Great point Ralph and not only have we, as a dealer and financing company, experienced this but our dealers have also. Using the product you also offer as a vendor gives you the ability to lead the industry.
DealerTrack and others like them will always be followers. People who dream up ideas will not last (CarWoo). Experience in the current market will prevail.
You ain't seen nothin yet.
d all around me. Wasted resources, wasted opportunities, wasted relationships - it was crazy! I was happy to see some normalization come out of the last ten years of market evolution, but as a whole, we're not where we need to be - treating each day as a Business Day and operating like legitimate business people. Sales people are hired and thrown to the wolves without training, phones are badly answered, customers poorly handled, sales people poorly managed, and the numbers show it. There are GREAT dealers out there doing a fantastic job, but there are a LOT of dealers who are still hoping the market will come back. Like Tom Peterson used to say in his midnight commercials here in Portland "WAKE UP".…
