-Pictures: hire a professional photographer to do good looking shots of your facility, your team, etc. Invest in a good camera, tripod and photography equipment so that you can get quality pictures of your cars for proper advertisement. Maybe even take some photography classes or such
-For car descriptions, I know this may sound like over-kill, but reach out to a local freelance writer or copyrighter. They get paid to write for a living and are successful because they are good wordsmiths. You won't be disappointed as your ads and copy will now start to really sound better
-As for organization...way too many things to mention here. Find a system that works for you.
-Incorporate a blog on your website and invest in Social Media. Don't go get a Facebook page just to have one...learn how to use it as a tool that can help grow your business.
-As far as leads, make SURE that there is a way/person to answer every lead in a timely manner. At least acknowledge receipt of their correspondence.
