system crashes, constant trips to Verizon, only to be told that "we''l have a firmware update soon that will correct these problems... Everybody is having the same problems with their Storm... blah, blah, blah", I finally bit the bullet, took another $200 hit in carrier switch punishment and got a 16GB Apple iPhone... WOW! What a difference... This darned iPhone actually uses the Web Outlook Email access to integrate with our ADP Enterprise Exchange Server. So, now when I get an email on my iPhone from my ADP email account, I can hit reply and it actually goes out from my ADP email account to the original sender, instead of the half-assed desktop integration I used with my Blackberry that resulted in sending emails to myself if I hit reply! And you know what else is a real breath of fresh air? This darned iPhone actually works!!!! Hey, i'll give the Storm credit for a few things it does well... Like multi-tasking, the Storm can run more than one app at the same time, the iPhone cannot.
The major difference in my opinion, is the way the touch-screen works... The iPhone has a much more intuitive means of operating, and whereas the Storm requires a click by pushing the screen down, which may or may not work, the iPhone always knows when a "tap" means a click.…
