ich Sales Person has more expertise on certain products as well. Now we obviously won't over stock one Sales Person over another, but if there is a very Specific Customer say on Trucks, knows everything and is one of the types that wants to deal with a Professional on them, we will take that in to consideration and find the right person for that client. Most of the time, it is just Round Robin. Our Sales Staff are all Certified, that handle the leads, so they all can really help anyone. But at the same time, we know each ones personalities and specialties. So we will work that in as well.
The criteria for our Staff is as follows. Maintain a certain CSI score, if they fall out of this, they do not receive leads until it is back up. Certification must be maintained as well. On top of these things we do, do daily checks of their work. If anyone fails to handle the leads in the proper manner we have laid out, they are warned first. If they continue, we pull them until they are ready to try again. If this continues, they are replaced. Leads are too vital to any store to have them mishandled or worked improperly.…
