from their ignorance.
Additionally, those same dealers will continue to pay for position and pay for online leads in lieu of an organic optimization strategy.
Note: When done properly, and implemented from the top down, the negative impact of attrition and turnover are significantly reduced.…
er support or condemn the named vendor and distract from the opportunity at hand.
Given the amount of negative energy expressed both on ADM in the virtual world and from my auto dealer clients in the real world about excessive online marketing fees not tied to verifiable sourced performance and R.O.I., I would prefer to leave the vendor you referenced nameless and simply say that business models like theirs are yesterday and AAN, ronsmap -- and other marketing platforms and lead generator sites that I hope to surface in this forum with similar dealer-centric or consumer-centric solutions -- are tomorrow!
After all, what are friends -- and ADM -- for!…
elling the following:
Search Marketing: Onsite SEO
NOTE: Again, in my opinion the real focus within the management of dealer websites from an "Onsite" perspective should be on the creation of more engaging content and applications that enhance the site visitor's user experience. Dealer websites that have been wordsmithed and hacked to death by Onsite SEO "professionals" (they get paid to do it) typically have excessive amounts of text and verbiage that provide little to no value to the automotive consumer, while creating design clutter and in many cases false statements that appear to be from the dealer.
ers and no need do excessive typing. It is comprhensive product that has GPS systems similar to Lo-Jack but better and buyers save upto 35% in insurance costs and fully integrated finance,Sales and inventory management system.
The company does customization to individual dealers needs. It is designed to bring leads through internet and upload facility to Reynolds,ADP,EDS. Inbuilt reports for finance, sales and inventory departments.
vehicle and still expect to turn it quickly, there is simply no rationale remaining. Dealers with excessive recon structures routinely force their appraisers to trade for a car based on taking it immediately to the auction because they can't afford to recon it. There it is purchased by their competitor. OR the appraiser stands down from the trade and loses deals the store should have had. Where is the accountant quantifying this lost revenue? If you want to pencil a case for retail recon in the face of all common sense, don't leave out the lost revenue. After you've done that, count up the lost revenue due to running off decent sales talent. Why would a salesperson or manager with a sense of pride and self worth tolerate retail recon? It is a clear ruse to pencil revenue from one department to another, and without business justification. Its just stupid. Pollak is right about this one too.…
the limited number of replies I was concerned that I might have been too late and people were already operating under the assumption that "until they come for me it's not my problem!" We all know what happened the last time an entire country adopted that position!
I agree with your observations in Iraq and similar assumptions that the US should not impose our agenda on other independent countries through militrary intervention. However, I am more concerned with the agenda of the present administration which has taken that position too far. Their stated policies of retribution and redistribution of wealth to compensate the world for our past actions and the movement to one world governance to eliminate the perception of american exceptionalism has much deeper implications with a direct impact on our way of life and the freedoms that we enjoy -- including our ability to have this discussion on ADM.
The recent election was a response to the policies of the administration that reflect the personal pain of high unemployment and the extended recession that evidences the impotence of big government to resolve it. I am concerned that we have addressed the symptoms, not the cause!
For example, my initial post itemized my concerns over the administration's adoption of the anti-capitalist teachings of Cloward and Piven and the various actions that they have taken directly from their play book. Rather than repeating the questions that I listed in my post that prompted your reply on our excessive self serving use of our military force vs. the power of our principles, I respectfully ask you to reply to some of the concerns that I surfaced with the hope that we don't throw the baby out with the bath water!
For example, are you aware of our continued monetization of our debt and the rising tide of international objections with countries like China -- among dozens of others -- who have threatened to stop buying our now artificially valued treasury bills and bonds which are the source of our excessive spending fueled by our growing debt? Simply put, no one else is buying our financial instruments so we are buying them ourselves by printing more money with no assets to support their value.
The last time that financial gimmick was attemted it resulted in hyper-inflation and the destruction of the countries that applied it. PLEASE lookup what happened in Germany and Zimbabwe and google monetizing of debt and reply with your thoughts on why we would do something that will likely result in the devaluation of our dollar. Of course Cloward and Piven and George Soros have an explanation, however their answer supports the value of dismantling our capaitalistic free marketplace in favor of one world governance and economy built by redistributing our wealth to the third worl countries that they claim we stole it from.
