Walter, email@example.com, titled the Next Generation Automotive CRM.
Their discussions on "Integrating processes, people, operations and marketing capabilities to maximize retention, acquisition and productivity" should draw most members of ADM to what they describe as "America's biggest gathering of automotive CRM professionals" to be hosted in California on August 13th and 14th at the Westin South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa, CA.
Frankly, I am embarassed that prior obligations won't allow me to attend but that is my fault since the schedule was set a long time ago and I should have adjusted my calendar for it. That said, I wanted to share some events that are still far enough away for other dissapointed ADM members whose schedules are booked for next week so they can adjust their October schedules while there is still time!!
The 5th Digital Dealer Conference is scheduled in Grapevine Texas at the Gaylord Palms October 6th through the 8th and the JD Powers Seminars are scheduled in California October 7th - 9th. I am speaking at the 5th Digital Dealer conference and my schedule has me limited to just that event, however I understand that dedicated professionals like Raplh Paglia intend to hop a plane mid-meeting and attend both so they can spread the word over a larger audience.
My seminar is on CPOV Vehicles vs. New and Pre-Owned and more details on my subject and the conference is available at the following llink:
My point, book early but BOOK IT! Your investment in time is more valued than the small fees associated but both provide an R.O.I. that is proven and critical to stay competitive in the challenging world of the auto industry - real and virtual.
Of course if you have other forums to suggest and share - please reply with them. I for one am keeping my calendar open!…
