Interested in helping dealers sell more cars with one of the most cost effective tools at better capturing the nearly 90% of consumers that start their car purchase online. Dealerships that implement our technology see an average increase in online credit applications of 500% and experience close ratios as high as 40%. View the technology at www.dealercentric.com or call me with any questions.

New to this group, looking to expand my network and share ideas. As a premier visual asset producer, our success is dependent upon driving business for our clients. Would like to get feed back on our new redesigned web site www.evoximages.com

We had a productive day with the production team working on the site and it's issues. It seems that growing pains at TK have streched them a little thin, but when they got on this, things started happening fast. We even had a chance to brain storm a little and make a few enhancments along the way. The CEO, Richard Valenta, took the lead and made customer service an obvious part of their process.

Having just come from a corporate store, bogged down in layers of management, it was so good to talk to a decision maker, who lead. I could tell everyone of his staff knew this was important and that there were no more mulligans. To their credit, they stepped up, fessed up and got on with it. By days end, we were back on track and even a little ahead.

By the way, I totally mis-calculated the time on page. It was an average of 248 sec. not a total. Analytics and stats are still no substitute for talking issues through.

Update - The CEO has contacted me this morning and they are rippin' and tearin' to get my issues fixed. This has taught me the power of blogs and social networks. It has been very encouraging to see the help that has come from all quarters. I'll keep you updated and hopefully, I'll get to report back and give these guys praise. If they can get me happy and on track, they can help anyone and have the patience of saints. Thanks All.

Hello Tom

Let me get this straight, you believe you have about a 3% conversion ratio? Leads to visitors? You are correct that is not good but actually better than the national average (not by much) I used your provider in the past and was able to get a 6% plus ratio.

I have looked at your website and you should and can have more visitors and a much better conversion ratio. I am really suprised you have not been able to contact some help from the provider. It is a good looking site and you can still do alot with it. Dont give up on it your just getting started. You can make it work, It just takes "work" Please feel free in calling me and we can exchange some ideas, maybe I can shed a little light on this for you.

I need some help and advice. I'm just about out of ideas.

I'll try to keep it short. We rolled out a new website the last week of March. It's still not complete, optimized or even debugged. I've contacted and emailed anyone at the provider that I could find an email for or get on the phone. From the CEO to the janitor, I think. Due to linking errors, 404 errors and just plain old bad tradecraft we had an average of 11 sec. on site per visitor (2333 for 248 sec). We had a 77% bounce rate from the index page or the peel-down coupon on the index page. That means 1485 visitors never looked past the first screen. The good news was that the 72 visitors that finally found the used car inventroy, sent 28 leads and we sold 7. It makes me sick to think what would have happened if just 10% of the bouncers had made it into the site and to the inventory. New cars were even worse, so I don't know what to think. I've been griping and complaining since 3/23 to get things fixed and I still have broken links and so on.

I won't mention the vendor by name until I've seen what responses I get from this post. Heaven help them if one of their employees chimes in and tells us all how much better they could have done.

Thanks for any help.
