Hi Brian! Long time to talk and thanks for your comment. RedNumbat was developed to help dealers respond to every RFQ completely and accurately. Dealers have been looking for this solution for some time and now RedNumbat provides a simple plug-n-play tool for any dealer regardless of DMS, website or affiliation.
We recognize that not all dealers want to immediately give a price, and that's OK. But it's not necessarily about price, it's about contact. And as more customers become more jaded by the empty promise of the 'quick quote' button the click-thru rate will not improve. We hope to change that and help dealers convert more eyeballs into leads.
We can debate the best way to improve click-thru and I'll defend the position that by delivering what the customer expects in a timely and complete email, dealers will establish more meaningful contact with more of their website visitors.
