Hi Shereef,

If you don't believe our numbers, you're more than welcome to visit our office in Orlando to see us in action. Also, I chatted for awhile here at ActivEngage and my conversion, on average, was above 80%.

Ketty, You are to funny "It only seems fair" LOL. Sharing blown up numbers like 80% chat to lead (Untrue) is not doing anyone any good (Except maybe AE if people believe it). You and I both know this number is no where near 80% (8 out of 10 chats). You guys are welcome to use whatever numbers you want in your marketing, but if you put them here in a open forum, you can expect to be called to the table. What dealers really need is real data, not fluff.

Thanks for your comments Shereef, since AE has been in managed chat for 5 years it only seems fair to share our data that we've collected as well as best practices for managed chat with dealerships out there looking for chat solutions.

Also, this is an open group where you can post any artwork or eBooks that you may have too Shereef! =)

Ketty, Am I in the right place? Is this a Managed Live Chat group or an AE marketing page :-). Love the art work and creative on the Nirvana piece, can we get rid of the little devils.... Looking forward to seeing some contribution and discussion about my favorite topic. Let me know if I am in the wrong place :-). I assume that a marketing page solely to promote one specific service would be out of place in a social community?
