We all know how eBay started out - auction model - great for consumers selling one car at a time, but too time intensive and expensive for most dealers to participate.

At NADA 2007 they released their new platform with a fixed fee for unlimited listings.

But still - it's hard to maintain a store front presence, directly verify your inventory, etc. Also - how to you use this tool to increase traffic to your inventory? Could they improve by adding better lead management tool support?

Any thoughts on what would make this highly trafficked site more dealer-friendly?
