7th Digital Dealer Conference and Exposition announced for the fall.

The 7th Digital Dealer Conference and Exposition will be held at the Nashville Marriott Renaissance, November 1st-3rd, 2009.

The last conference in Las Vegas in April drew over 430 dealership attendees and featured 46 exhibitors. Combined, the last two Digital Dealer Conferences drew well over 800 registered dealers, GMs, Internet Sales Managers, e-Commerce Directors and BDC/CRM Managers, and unlike the NADA Convention, every one of them was there to learn more about Internet and technology-related issues.

We expect 50 to 60 exhibitors and are once again expecting over 400 attendees in Nashville this fall. We’ve done six of these now and have found the perfect balance of fulfilling both attendees’ and sponsors’ goals. There simply is no comparison or better value for digital marketing professionals.

The speaking program will be heavy with practitioners who are having great success in their markets. We are bringing in speakers from outside the industry to help forward–thinking dealerships stay ahead of the curve. Once again, a half-day “newbie” class will be held before the program even starts so anyone new to this side of the business (including dealers themselves) can get up to speed quickly and get the most out of the two days of powerful sessions presented. And the super-successful first-time Peer Networking Roundtables we did last event in Las Vegas before the start of the conference were such a hit...we're going to do it again and also after the conference ends.

The exhibit hall is where all dining, break and social functions will be held with a single room big enough for 100 exhibit booths and over 1,000 attendees. Our focus is on getting maximum impact for our exhibitors by having the attendees in the exhibit hall for extended periods at breakfast, lunch and the evening receptions. And every one of them is a prospect for your company’s products and services…that’s why they are there. Plus we're ending the evening receptions earlier than in the past to allow you sufficient time to entertain customers and prospects. The hotel is right in Downtown Nashville, just steps away from many great restaurants and of course, the honky-tonks on Broadway.

Sponsorship opportunities abound, with multiple levels of sponsorship and opportunities to host private functions in conjunction with the show. Title sponsor, Leadership sponsor, Program sponsor, Track sponsor, Affiliated sponsor, food/beverage sponsor…sponsorship opportunities for virtually every size budget. There are opportunities for every size company to show you’re a “player” in the industry.

The 5th Digital Dealer Conference & Exposition will be held at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Conference Center in Grapevine, Texas, just six minutes from the DFW airport on October 6-8. The conference in Orlando last April drew over 1,200 attendees and featured 65 exhibitors. There were over 540 registered dealers, GMs, Internet Sales Managers, e-Commerce Directors, BDC/CRM Managers, Pre-owned Managers and Fixed Operations Managers / Service Directors.

There will be dozens upon dozens of exhibitors and hundreds upon hundreds of attendees. We’ve done four of these now and have found the right balance in providing informative, information-packed sessions, leading dealerships sharing best practices, quality time with exhibitors and of course, peer networking.

The speaking program will be heavy with practitioners who are having great success in their markets. Once again we’ll have a ½ day “newbie” class on Monday so anyone new to this side of the business (including dealers themselves) can get up to speed quickly and get the most out of the powerful sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to bring the entire dealership up to speed in every department. Internet Sales, CRM/BDC, and e-Commerce and technology for fixed operations and pre-owned departments…every dealership/group should be bringing 4-5 people.

Bringing all the departments together at one event may lead to the best thing to ever happen to ISMs / e-Commerce directors…the rest of the dealership “getting it”.

Don’t delay; we sold out our last four conferences…get your dealership’s department managers registered NOW!

I was very pleased with this year's conference and impressed with the attendance. This was my second year attending and felt that the vendors and attendees was well balanced.
Regarding the vendors, impressed with the attendance, displays, and it was easy to walk pass or to stop and visit. It was good to be able to talk with so many and get a closer look at what they have changed and what they were willing to explain was coming.
So many new people from many new dealerships that are starting to "get it " I really was pleased to see such a well blended group. I heard a comment. "These are the dealers that get it and will sell it "
Lastly, for me it was also super to see some old friends, new friends, and some old friends that now have " gotten it ". So to them I say being old is just a number. And Ralph, I just read your comments on dealer refresh, I knew it was you before I got to the end. You never leave a stone unturned. Super, and it was great to see. you. Oh yes the west valley is doing great as well.
