Which method of lead delivery do dealers prefer?

Here at LemonFree.com we are now sending out over 1,000 free leads to dealers everyday via email. Only recently have we started following up with our customers to make sure they are actually receiving responses from the dealers; and it turns out that 78% are not. Here are the 2 most common reasons.

Email got flagged as spam and dealer never got it.
Dealership received the email but nobody bothered to call the customer.

We would like to help get these leads into the hands of the dealers faster so that they can contact and close these leads and would like to hear from the dealers themselves on which delivery method they prefer.

Phone Call?
Email?
Fax?
Others?

I wouldn't send out any leads via email as it is not secure especially if you are including SSN, most dealers that I work with prefer to have them sent directly into their CRM/DMS. We also have a secure web portal that they can retrieve them from. Hope this helps.; ▶ Reply to This
