My dealership does not employ minimum trade value offers and for the most part we have success getting people here for us to appraise their vehicle and get a new car.  However, recently it seems to have become more difficult to overcome other dealers' $2000-4000 guaranteed trade value offers, especially given that I am usually farther away from the internet prospect than some of those offering this deal.

Do I need to push my dealership to write-up a disclaimer and start publishing something similar or do any of you have any great tactics to work around this concern with our prospects?  Thanks in advance for your help and feedback!
