I deal with many stores of which have different pay plans and descriptions for their internet departments.
I was looking for some success stories with pay plans for internet managers and internet sales people along with job descriptions.
I run into the following issues and cannot seem to find a pay plan or process that works: Should internet sales people push the appointment and hand off the customer when they arrive or own the customer until he/she buys?
