I have been writing a lot lately about using Social Media to build better relationships and sell more cars.
I really do believe that future success will largely depend on how well we as dealers use the social sites such as Twitter and Facebook.
The problem is that I hear a lot of good talk but no real shining examples. So I am going to research this further and actually present the first ever award for the leading edge use of Social Media.
