We are in the process of updating our sales and BDC processes and we currently have protection policies in place that have been for a length of time and going as far back as some of the "pre-internet" times.

Obviously things are ever changing and we need to keep current with the advancements in online, social media, etc and how customer information is gathered.

I'm looking for any assistance with policies that dealerships may have with regards to:

Short Term Protection Policy
Long Term Protection Policy
Perpetual Protection Policy

Looking for ideas on what other dealerships currently utilize and feedback regarding their policies.
Any and all help would be GREATLY appreciated.
