I'm working on a way to organize ALL our online efforts for sales and marketing (reputation mgt., social media, website, etc.), and it seems to work best underneath the idea and term of "Online Presence Management (OnPM)". I've attached here below a one-page .pdf of a chart of this idea, and I'd love to see some comments on content, usefulness, etc. What works? What did I miss? Is this a good direction? Is there something better? I'm making the rounds of the online communities for us with this, and many thanks to those who read and comment.
