Automotive Marketing Professional Community for Car Dealers, OEM and Suppliers
This Google Adwords policy isn't clear on whether a chat, ala ContactAtOnce, is acceptable under their "pop-ups" policy. It's to offer communication for conversion, not to stop somebody from leaving. Or maybe a link to a chat is okay, I guess. I just like the slider coming down and offering the chat.
Anybody know if this is a violation? And what are your opinions/experience on landing page conversion re: chat?
