Job Description

Interactive Marketing Center  (IMC) is the new BDC for today's Dealership. Not everyone has an IMC, but most have heard of the BDC both the successes and pitfalls. Our trainers will work with dealerships to consult and train very successful IMC’s. You will guide dealerships through staffing decisions, interviewing, room setup, process mapping, staff training and ongoing process execution. You will also work with the IMC to measure growth and to maximize the effectiveness of your CRM tool, in addition to providing clients with monthly reports to track progress and monitor your desired return on investment.

The focus of our training and product packages is to implement effective Interactive Marketing Center training and strategies that maximize all of a dealership’s sales and service opportunities. Our IMC approach uses a modular installation of processes of products and training for each of the sales opportunities within the dealership’s Retail Sales or Fixed Operations departments. Our modular approach allows us to custom tailor the IMC to handle the lead opportunities that are most important for a IMC to handle today.

Internet Lead Management Tools

Inventory Management Metrics

Finalist will be required to provide a video highlighting their presentation skills

This position will be a virtual position utilizing a home office environment so self discipline is required. You will be an independent contractor for the first 6 months then an employment contract will be offered.

Individuals that reside in a major airline hub will be given priority in the initial selection process. You must have retail experience, preferably as a GSM or GM.
