I am hunting for an exceptional BDC/Sales manager for my client Prestige Toyota in Ramsey NJ.
They are a top ten USA Toyota store. Extremely performance driven dealer with all the tools and resources to continue climb in 2010. The skill set this manager needs is centered in driving business in the BDC using all the online avenues available. They with be strong in process improvement. They must live in the CRM because this dealer knows its importance. This candidate must have strong sales management skills in constructing deals and coaching his team and assisting the rest of the management team in growing the total sales effort. You need to be about to prove you are who you think you are to get this dream job.
