These are interesting times for a number of Japanese manufacturers (and others) caught in the "bubble" caused by the cumulative aftermath of; rising gas prices, the natural disaster's effect on manufacturing and record breaking used car values. Direct from the front line of a large Toyota dealership I can state I have never seen anything like it in my 25 years of automotive experience. The recent "shift" from buyer's market to seller's market, due primarily to inventory availability, has caused our entire internet sales process to change. Actually, a couple of times.
