Professional Community for Car Dealers, Marketing, Advertising and Sales Leaders
Because of the concerted effort we have put into getting positive reviews, while we don't have as many as I would like, we have more then our 8 nearest competitors by at a minimum of 50%. I am working on freshening up some of our email templates. In the day 2 email (from the Sales Associate)we ask the customer to look at our 3rd party reviews. I am thinking of making this the day 3 email. What are your opinions?
SUBJ: Google [Salespersons name] from [Store name]
Dear [CLIENT_FIRST_NAME] [CLIENT_LAST_NAME],
I was looking at the email I sent you yesterday about reading the stores testimonials and I had a thought. If you are not only shopping here at [Store Name] but somewhere else as well I have a favor to ask. I would like you to Google my name and the name of the Sales Associate from that store. I don’t want you to Google the stores but rather us as individuals. I can talk to you about customer service but I believe you would rather hear it from others who I have helped.
I know your busy and this will take a few minutes so I just want to let you know that I appreciate you taking the time to do this.
