We have quite a few reviews on Citysearch and InsiderPages, and InsiderPages does index on Google, so I think that site, at least, is worthwhile. Also, here is a page we use to point people to the review sites. We rotate the links in order to try to get some reviews on all the sites. http://fisherautofanclub.com/. We've found that people prefer Merchant Circle b/c it's the easiest place to leave a review.
Also, we prefer not to point people to Yelp, because if they're not an active Yelper, the review doesn't count, and if they are an active Yelper, they go there on their own. We do link to it, though.

I received an email yesterday from Google that the dealer list that I submitted that were impacted by the review drop issue is being reviewed and that I would get an update soon. I know that it is hard to be patient when your reviews are gone, but I am doing all I can to expedite the review and resolution.

Another day has passed and still no word back form Google on the list of dealers impacted that I submitted. I have not forgotten you! I will do all I can to get answers that the entire ADM community can leverage to keep their Google+ Local listings a viable marketing tool.
