When contacting dealerships and dealer groups I have noticed an interesting trend. This trend is being scared to display what the manufacturer ends up spending millions on every month....advertising incentives and rebates on TV, radio and print.

When researching dealer sites we have noticed about 80% of dealer are not posting current manufacturer incentive and rebate information. I found this to be extremely shocking. Every other industry proudly displays sales on their websites for the world to see. Everyone one know that customers are smart! Customers will go to the ends of the earth just to save a dime. If you don't provide customers with the information they are seeking then they will leave your site and find it elsewhere. Odds are once they leave your site they probably won't return.

If a customer has been to your website, then they are already shopping you and your neighbor. So why not 'one up' your neighbor and cut right to the chase by providing your customer with the information they are seeking. Displaying "Contact Us for Incentives and Rebates" doesn't cut it any more. You snooze, you lose!

This is where we come in to save the day...

We developed a new program to help dealers capitalize on their own site and create original fresh leads from their existing website. 3rd party leads are great, but a lead coming from your own website is the BEST! We place an icon on the dealer’s website and link it to their own custom incentives and rebates page. All of our information is updated every six hours to ensure that dealers have the correct data. We can display up to six manufacturers per roof top and display all manufacturer incentives and rebates for their complete new vehicle line up. Once a customer has selected a vehicle, they have the option to submit a lead from a selection of buttons..."Calculate my rebates, Get a Quote, Schedule a test drive" and so on.... These leads will flow in to the same crm tool or email address they are currently using.

Many of our dealers find this tool to be extremely helpful not only for their customers, but for their employees! Forget about having to go to the tower a million times to get a new print out or pulling that embarrassing crumpled up piece of paper from your back pocket in front of your customers.

It is time for dealers to get with it and give customers what they seek!

Transparency and relationship based selling relies on information so of course your dealer would/should love your service! Is Ivan on your team?? It sounds like you two are speaking the same language?
