Professional Community for Car Dealers, Automotive Marketers and Sales Managers
Last month we started exploring the automotive market.
We have learned several things. While the market is large, the community is small. We also learned that dealerships have paid exorbitant amounts for technology that does not produce results. Additionally, one of the major assets text chat programs is CRM integration.
We have been working to respond quickly to these insights. Flixn video communication already allows prospects browsing on your website to instantly engage face to face (just like skype) simply by clicking a button in the browser (just like text chat). We have partnered with a phenomenal CRM and automated marketing company- BeanStalk Data. After exploring opportunities with three CRM's we were blown away by the capabilities of BeanStalk.
So, imagine this. Your prospect is looking on your site for a used sedan and has questions. They click the button and up pops a window where they are able to speak face-to-face with your staff (building rapport, allowing your staff to actively listen, etc.) The prospect is then able to browse the site for other options. As they prospect browses the site, your staff is clicking options that are creating a profile for the client. Based on the profile a marketing campaign is instantly launched catered to the particular profile.
Each piece of the campaign has a call to action and the IP of the computer is tracked upon future visits. Based on the activity the prospect is entered into different levels, essentially creating a discernible pipeline of the hottest to coldest prospect- all with very little activity by you or your staff.
Since we realize that technology and various other products are competing for your attention and your budget we are looking for dealerships interested in participating in a program that will measure the success of this program because after all, we all want to prove what we are bringing to the table is valuable.

Very interesting Bob. I am looking for an outside CRM for our dealer. How well could BeanStalk be integrated into a dealer environment. I have recently been told that many cannot: "No OEM Certifications + No DMS Certifications + No Vin Decoding + CRM's that are not built around VIN numbers that know when a car is sold and attach service data= NO use in the Automotive Space."
The word "no" is not a part of my vocabulary. What can you tell us about BeanStalk that is helpful to dealers?
Beanstalk works with major OEM's in other markets requiring similar functionality from the CRM, so transition should be fairly straight forward. Also, for those participating they will, to some extent, get to mold functionality.
