I'm sure all of us have tried ebaY to some extent. I spent the last 5 years as Internet manager for a BMW dealer, I went through 7 vendors before I had real success. By real success I mean double digit sales every month. I won't name the vendors that didn't work, but I will name the one that did. Apex Auto Auctions. I went from 2 or 3 sales a month on ebay to averaging 10 cars a month when I left BMW.
Their difference: Picture quality & quantity, good descriptions, pricing analytics, following up the responses and one big tangible difference...they have real experience selling cars in the auto business and on ebaY. ebaY was my number one source for used cars, better than autotrader.com and cars.com. Plus it was great for aged inventory, service loaners, etc.
I would like to hear your ebay results.
